The City of Manassas celebrates the Fourth of July with an Independence Day party with live music, rides, an Apple Pie Baking contest, funnel cake and other favorite carnival foods, face painting, a red white and blue hayride and fireworks. Time: Entertainment begins at 4 p.m.
